At Flow Perfumes, we want you to find your perfect signature scent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the perfume bottle is securely placed in its original packaging; please note that items must be at least 90% full to qualify for a return.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
